Wait 🌼

I saw a dew drop waiting so long,

to see the sun on a winter morn.

Dew drops on my bare feet,

waited for the sun to greet.

On the horizon bloomed the sun,

dew drops jumped down in fun.

They covered the lawn,

and light rays warmed the dawn.

In a morning of pure mist,

seeing the dew drops wait,

I learned something indeed-

wait is worth.

And no matter, even if it's a weed,

hope is always a mirth.
